Week 01 · Strength
Strength Percentile
Enter one lift. The comparison set is matched to your bodyweight, age, and the population you asked to be measured against.
1 — Your numbers
About this tool
The ranking comes from published bodyweight-ratio standards — the lift divided by your bodyweight, placed on a curve from untrained to elite. Kilos or pounds make no difference: it is a ratio either way.
Age is then credited using the coefficients competitive lifting uses for exactly this: Foster for teens and juniors, McCulloch for masters, no adjustment at all between 24 and 39. So the same bar is worth more at seventy than at twenty-five, by the amount a federation would credit it. Past 83 the published table ends and the curve is continued at the rate it was already climbing — read that tail as a strong signal, not a measurement.
Those standards describe a population, not a measurement of one. Treat the number as a position on a map rather than a verdict: it tells you where the next kilo sits, not who you are.
Everything runs in your browser. No account, and your numbers are never sent anywhere. The only thing recorded is that the tool was run — a counter, nothing attached to you.
